A: Our cabinets are built with a sturdy plywood box construction. Framed styles feature front frames made of solid wood. All collections include standard soft-close doors and soft-close full-extension drawers, though some corner cabinets and spice pullouts may not be equipped with the soft-close mechanism. The door construction varies based on the selected style and may consist of solid wood, a combination of solid wood and medium-density fiberboard (MDF), or full MDF.All materials comply with the California Air Resources Board CARB2 emissions certification standards.

A: Painting a cabinet is not as straightforward as it may seem. Many small, local cabinet builders lack the budget or resources for a large-scale finishing line, so they typically resort to hand painting or spray painting the cabinets. If there's dust in the air (which is inevitable), the finish will be uneven and won't achieve the smoothness of a factory finish. Additionally, the durability of the finish may not compare to that of a professional application.

A: Cabinet prices are influenced by factors such as materials, surface finishes, door types and order quantities. We manufacture cabinets based on technical documents (drawings and specification sheets) and samples approved by clients. Prices may be adjusted accordingly if the order quantity changes, raw material costs fluctuate or the complexity of the design increases.

A: RTA cabinets consist of all the components needed to fully assemble a cabinet. Each package contains pre-finished sides, back, bottom, top, and front frame; doors; hinges; drawers along with their faces and boxes; glides for drawers (when applicable); and finished shelves.

A: It all depends on what you want. Many cabinet suppliers provide options to sell cabinets with and without hardware. If you buy cabinetry with hardware, it's a standard set. On the other hand, if you want custom hardware with novelty, traditional, or rustic pieces, you'll need to buy them separately.

A: If you're buying from a reputable supplier, it's a good sign the cabinets are of good quality. Beyond that, you should look at the actual product. High-quality cabinets also frequently come with features like full-height back panels, soft-close hinges, soft-close drawers, dovetail drawer boxes, and all-plywood construction.

A: Yes, we offer doors, cabinet components, and panels for sale individually. Please note that a minimum order quantity must be met for these items, which can be ordered alongside a complete cabinet order placed with our factory.

A: Cabinets come in standard 24" deep for the kitchen and 34 ½" tall. In the bathroom, cabinets are 21" deep and come in a variety of standard heights of 34 ½". Appropriate adjustments can be made according to client requirements.
