1. Slotted kitchen cabinets
Pros: Best for confined spaces. There are no obstacles to the movement, each cabinet can be fully utilized, and all equipment is visible at a glance.
Disadvantages: The countertop is generally not abundant, the cabinet is generally not too much, and the family with a little more kitchen supplies may feel very insufficient.
Designer's suggestion: This kind of one-line kitchen design is best used in small apartments, single apartments and other room types. Of course, this type can also be used for small kitchens that want to save space or remodel themselves.
2. L-shaped kitchen cabinets
Advantages: It can make the best use of the operating space in the middle zone, and form a triangular area in the process of washing, cutting and frying, which is the most reasonable kitchen operation principle.
Disadvantages: It is the corner part of the wall cabinet and the base cabinet, which is easy to form a blind spot for vision and use, and the applicable corner basket is mostly imported products, and the price is higher.
Designer's suggestion: At present, the L-shaped kitchen is the most common one, and the medium-sized, medium-sized family with a medium number of family members is more suitable for the L-shaped design.
3. U-shaped kitchen cabinet
Advantages: Refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and even washing machines can be recessed into the cabinets, making the kitchen more integrated.
Disadvantages: The shortcomings are similar to the "L" shape, and it is difficult to deal with two corners, so you need to consider whether to add a corner basket.
Designer's suggestion: U-shaped cabinets have certain requirements for kitchen space, and small kitchens are not suitable for this design and will appear crowded. Families with many family members and large kitchens are most suitable to choose such cabinets, firstly, they can hold more things, and secondly, there will be no space for a family to go in and cook.
4. Island kitchen cabinets
Advantages: The kitchen is no longer a kitchen in the traditional sense, but more like a place for communication and rest, so that the cook is no longer lonely, and the boredom of work can be reduced.
Disadvantages: The need for a large space, such as the kitchen is not wide enough, it needs to be connected with the living room, and the overall investment is relatively high.
Designer's suggestion: The general villa will choose an open island kitchen, which is beautiful and atmospheric, and at the same time, you can feel the warmth of home. But it has to be reminded that such a kitchen does not control the oil smoke very well, and families who often cook are not suitable for such a kitchen.
5. Two-shaped kitchen cabinets
Advantages: It is a very convenient pattern to use, generally used in the kitchen with a medium area or in a wide and long space, because the net width of the cabinet is at least 55 cm or more, plus the width of the walkway, so when doing this arrangement, the clearance of the kitchen should be at least 180 cm or more, if you want to use it more comfortably, the clearance should best reach 210 cm.
Disadvantages: It requires a special rectangular space, and if you want to use it comfortably, the space requirements are larger.
Designer's suggestion: The two-shaped kitchen is very popular in foreign countries, and in terms of structure, it increases the layering of the kitchen and makes it more convenient to cook.
